Hi Anna, I want to thank you for coordinating such a wonderful and memorable vacation. Everything was so well organized with a great balance of museum and activities each day - as my husband put it -"the trip had a good pace".  The tour guides and drivers were punctual, knowledgeable, gracious and helpful. As I mentioned to you before, I really appreciate Giulia from Venice who went out of her way to retrieve my son's items and had them shipped to our hotel in Rome. I'll never forget that!  We loved all the activities especially the e-bike/winery excursion in the Tuscan countryside, Arno river cruise, pizza and gelato classes. Thank you for being so responsive and helpful along the way. I always felt that you were taking care of us even when you weren't physically there.
