This is a visit to an artisanal family-owned factory where olives are cultivated, selected, collected and then pressed for the finest extra virgin olive oil. It's a small company which started the production decades ago. The degu will be held under the olive groves and completed with the most freshest bread, local cheeses and cured meat.
