Today you will have a private chocolate presentation and tasting in a local chocolate workshop. You will taste chocolate beans, pure cocoa butter, and different dragées. Then we'll walk across the district of San Polo, where the main food market is located.
Through narrow alleys and back streets you will discover the main features of this old commercial area.
After crossing the Rialto Bridge we shall reach Piazza San Marco, and taste some chocolate and coffee delicacies at the Caffè Florian, such as the Caffè dell'Imperatore-Espresso, liquid Cream, Zabaione- or the Turkish style Coffee.
You will be delighted to try the thick hot Chocolate with Baicoli biscuits in a small cup, which made the reputation of this fancy place in the XVIII century.
